Walk to Baker Creek park, SoKno taco, 7 minute drive to Ijams and downtown, 3 minute drive to Sevier Ave breweries

The restoration kept the original charm of the bungalow cottage, but added fun and modern conveniences with charm. It has three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two with fabulously tiled walk in showers and one with the original claw foot tub restored beautifully. Large and very functional kitchen with Five Star gas range, butcher block and marble counters. Working fireplaces.

Built in 2017 this craftsman style house has all new furnishings including top of the line kitchen appliances, king and queen beds, twin bed, toddler bed, PacknPlay for infants, two twin-size floor mattresses, a large sectional couch in the TV room, leather couch with power recliners in the sunroom and an Amish built large dining room table. Spacious yard and creek. Newly added landscaping with a fish pond surrounded by bird feeders. Park in attached garage.

This 815 square foot home built in 1945 has been completely renovated and has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Centrally located to shopping, dining, trails, 3.5 miles to UT campus and downtown Knoxville. This home has a large doggie door and small fenced in yard. Pets are welcome with no extra charges. If you need a longer stay, message me to see if the dates are available. This is my home and not a full time rental property so there are some personal items around.
