Created to be the perfect home base: Unwind from adventure on the quiet, sun-soaked patio, sleep soundly on a luxe memory foam king bed, enjoy a morning coffee in a fully stocked kitchen, step out of a steamy shower to a big fluffy towel, and rest assured that no thoughtful detail's been overlooked. The space: A walk-out basement studio in my home, on a quiet street in a family neighborhood. Keypad entry, separate driveway, private entrance, your own patio. Be downtown (or to UT) in 12 minutes.

The space is located less than a mile from I-75 in north Knoxville. We have a king-sized bed, short couch, microwave, refrigerator, coffee pot, and toaster for your convenience. We are approximately 10 minutes from the University of Tennessee and 10 minutes from Ijams Nature Center and trails. We have a private entrance into the space. Our backyard has a woods in the backyard, which hides a train track. There are a lot of great restaurants that are within a mile of our home. Great location!

The Perfect Idyllic Getaway

Flanked by an old hardwood forest and up a secluded curving road, The Treehouse is a picturesque, charming A-frame renovated in 2022. An oasis in the middle of all the popular vacation destinations, it is close to downtown Knoxville and all the restaurants, shops, and city attractions. The beautiful stained glass entry doors, vaulted ceilings, skylights, and expansive windows welcome in the private, wooded property. Wild Retreat near UT and Arenas

1.6 miles to Downtown 11 miles to TYS Hang out in the Hot Tub, make s'mores by the fire, then curl up and watch a movie. This stay has a fully furnished kitchen and coffee bar with all the basic cookware you need. Every bedroom has a smart TV and an incredibly comfortable memory foam mattress for the best night sleep you’ve ever had. There is a small studio apartment attached to this house. It's locked off and has a separate entrance. These guests also have access to the outdoor amenities.

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

Bamboo Hideaway: Next to Baker Creek Trails Park
