My wonderful husband Jeremy and I bought 130 acres a few years back and is what we call “our farm” we have had countless picnics and bonfires, Just dreaming of doing something special on our land one day. Welcome to 🦌 Scandi House 🦌 Unwind in the beautiful Smoky Mountains while enjoying the modern design, privacy, and the amenities of this Scandinavian inspired cabin. This cabin was newly built in 2024 and has been updated in December 2025. We completed a deck extension with outdoor theater, bocce/bowling, firepits, seating, and games. Inside we upgraded the design, added a 6 person dining table, new furniture, bunk game area, and main bedroom king bed, second coffee bar, and reading nook.

This beautifully designed and luxurious treehouse sits on a ridge overlooking our creek. With only a 25min drive to downtown Nashville, you are tucked away amidst the towering hardwoods---away from the city noise. With careful attention to detail, the treehouse decor and design is meticulously curated to create an atmosphere of rest and beauty. This space is ideal for a couple, but can sleep four (twin beds in the loft). Parties are not permitted on the premises.
