Our cottage is located directly on the lakeside, consists of 3 apartments and 2 add. rooms to rent (i.e. for children). The spacious lakefront property is a place of adventure and relaxation as well as an oasis for swimming, sunbathing and simply unwind - the contrast to crowded lakes. House and garden are well secured and only separated by an access road. Additionally: steam bath, playground, barbecue, fire pit, picnic tables, 2 rowing boats, washing machine, dryer and rooms with terraces.

Das ®Hoam House ist eine Chalet der besonderen Art. Im Loft-Style lässt es sich entspannen und abschalten. Unser Highlight: ein beheizter Pool, der im Winter als Whirlpool genutzt wird – mit Fernblick über die Alpen und Nähe zu Graz. Ob Erholungstrip oder Stadturlaub, hier findet man alles, was das Herz begehrt. Der Wohnraum bietet 2+2 Betten (inkl. Komfort-Sofa). Direkt nebenan liegt das Fitnessstudio, das mit Schmoltis Chalet genutzt wird. Auch unsere Alpakas freuen sich auf euren Besuch!

Obwohl mitten im Wald, bist du nur ca. 10 km vom nächsten Supermarkt, Tankstelle,... entfernt. In unserer schnelllebigen Zeit soll dies ein Plätzchen sein um Zeit in der Natur und Ruhe genießen zu können. Während deines Aufenthaltes freuen wir uns über einen Besuch bei uns am Bio Schusterbauerhof - La Paca (ca. 10 Autofahrminuten vom Häuschen entfernt)

Full day, no matter what season. Absolutely no noise from cars, construction sites or anything else. Wifi !!
