Kermikhuset er beliggende 30 km syd for København, 500 m til strand/skov og 1,9 km til togstation. Boligen er en selvstændig lejlighed på 60 m2 på første sal, med en dejlig ugeneret sydvendt tagterrasse. Boligen består af køkken, stue/spisestue, badeværelse, 2 soveværelser med sengetøj, det en med dobbelt seng og garderobeskabe og det andet lidt mindre med 2 enkelt senge med delt fodende ideelt til børn, eller til dem der vil flette tær.
