Huset ligger i gåafstand fra Solrød centeret, som byder på restauranter, butikker og alt hvad I skulle have brug for til en afslappende ferie. København er magisk om vinteren! New Modern House by Sandy Beach

We have designed and built this modern house, By Greve Beach - only 20 min from the center of Copenhagen. The heart of the house is the spacious kitchen and the designer staircase. Down stairs there is also a cosy tv-room, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, at back entrance with washing facilities and a single toilet by the main entrance. Upstairs is the master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, incl. a tub. The really nice, shallow and sandy beach is just down the road.

Oprindeligt opført som hestestald i 1832, er denne bygning nu ombygget til en charmerende bolig med eget køkken og toilet. Perfekt til en weekendtur eller et stop undervejs på cykelferien. I stueetagen finder du et åbent køkken og stue i ét, med adgang til en privat terrasse samt et badeværelse. På første sal er der et rummeligt værelse med fire enkeltsenge og udsigt over havet fra den ene ende af rummet. Boligen skal efterlades i samme stand som ved ankomst. Morgenmad kan tilkøbes.

Ejendommen er fuldt udstyret og el, vand og varme samt internet og TV-pakke er inkluderet i prisen.

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Welcome to our newly renovated and cozy one room apartment close to the beach and forrest. The small apartment is a closed off section of a large house, with its own small kitchen, bathroom, dining and garden area. Solrød Strand is known for its proximity to the beach, natural forrest and within a short driving distance to Copenhagen and Køge - making it a good location to stay at when visiting Sjælland.
