The accommodation is located at the foot of the famous Sea Organ, the Greeting to the Sun, with this incomparable view of the sunset A parking space is reserved for you in front of the building, on the street side The studio is new, soundproofed, with equipped kitchenette, bathroom with shower and WC, balcony, TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine The comfort of the bed is guaranteed !

Stara Novalja海滩公寓

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)
