The house is located on the best and famous beach of Chios,Komi beach which is one of the most beautiful and attractive beaches of the island.Just on the crystal and sandy captivating sea of Komi Beach, we offer a unique combination of calm and peaceful relaxation away from the city noise, autonomous and entertaining. In a small distance away there are restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional Greek and traditional cuisine.For relaxation by the beach you will find sun beds and umbrellas.

Point of View

This charming studio of 30m2, just a few minutes walk from the harbor and the city center has been designed as open plan area, with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, a fireplace, a sitting area, a desk, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates up to 2 people, ideal for couples and for long stays as it is equipped with all the necessary facilities. A private veranda of 70m2 surrounds the house and offers relaxing moments and magnificent sea and mountain view.

Διώροφη κατοικία 60 τ.μ. που αποτελείται από ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με διπλό κρεβάτι ,ένα υπνοδωμάτιο με δύο μονά κρεβάτια ,ένα μπάνιο με μπανιέρα και ένα WC ,σαλόνι με 2 καναπέδες -κρεβάτια και πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.Διαθετει κλιματισμό σε όλους του χώρους ,ίντερνετ ,τηλεόραση .Στο μπαλκόνι υπάρχουν έπιπλα βεράντας ώστε να απολαύσετε το γεύμα ,το καφέ σας ή το κρασί σας αγναντεύοντας το απέραντο γαλάζιο της θάλασσας.Ακριβώς κάτω από το σπίτι υπάρχει παραλία με πεντακάθαρα και καταγάλανα νερα

Sunset No:23 In the middle of the nature

Our guest house is situated in the idyllic region of Ovacik village. Here you will find fresh and tasty artichokes in spring and sweet melons and delicious tomatoes in summer. Wine and olive oil have been produced for centuries in the area and you can enjoy long peaceful walks and fresh air even in the middle of summer. The agricultural area is dotted with characterful farmhouses nestled in between the fields. The public beach with its crystal clear water is within walking distance.

Πρόκειται για ένα μοντέρνο στούντιο ακριβώς πάνω στη θάλασσα, με απεριόριστη θέα στο Αιγαίο και το Βενέτικο. Διαθέτει άνετο μπαλκόνι και πίσω αυλή. Δίπλα στην κοσμοπολίτικη Κώμη και το Βίρι. Σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση όλες οι εξαιρετικές παρθένες παραλίες της δυτικής Χίου, τα πέτρινα παραδοσιακά καστροχωρια Μαστιχοχώρια της Χίου. Είναι πολύ λειτουργικό με αρκετές ντουλάπες και ντουλάπια κουζίνας, δορυφορική τηλεόραση, πιστολάκι, ηλεκτρικό σίδερο και σιδερωστρα καθώς και ηλεκτρική σκούπα.

Το σπίτι βρίσκεται στην δυτική παραλία της Κώμης στην Νότια Χίο, απέχει μόλις 10 μέτρα από την θάλασσα σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και διαθέτει χώρο στάθμευσης. Απέχει 24 χλμ. από το λιμάνι της Χίου και 16 χλμ. από το λιμάνι στων Μεστών. The tiny islet of Venetico in the background with it's lighthouse on it which blinks as it gets darker, seems to change colour during the day. Then you can enjoy a sky full of stars far from the light pollution of a city.
