A very quiet stylish newly converted studio apartment with your own dedicated access in the heart of Komiza. Modern new kitchen and appliances , new powerful air conditioning (not portable) and ceiling fan whilst keeping with the traditional wooden beams and stone walls. Only 20 metres from Komiza harbour/port that is lined with restaurants and bars and yet located In a quiet street away from the noise of the crowds and bars. Only minutes walk to the picturesque beaches within Komiza .

Purple haze

Apartment is located on the second floor of the old stone house right on the sea. It is 5mins walking distance to the promenade and just above the beach. It has fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a private balcony with a view over the sea and Biševo island. It is equipped with LCD tv, air condition, wi-fi, ceiling fan in bedroom (in winter time heater if necessary). With the apartment rental comes the possibility of using a double seated kayak during the stay.

My place is located in a quiet street, 20 meters away from sea and 200 meters away from the CITY center. Our apartment is modern and spacious. It's made of a big living space, completely furnished kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffe machine. Two sleeping rooms, a bathroom with a washing machine. The apartment has an AC ( Air condisioner) and has unlimited WIFI. With a beautiful summer feeling for this spacious apartment , has a balcony with a view on the beautiful sea.

The Rudi Seaside Apartment

Our house is located near the sea and a pebble beach, and near the town center. The apartment has two rooms that are each equipped with 2 double beds. The apartment’s size is 75m2, it has one bathroom and one toilet. The apartment has a satellite TV, a washing machine, a refrigerator and air-conditioning. The apartment has a large terrace with a beautiful view of the bay, the city of Komiža and the open sea. Their is a public parking spot about 80m from the house.
