Das freistehende Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer, ein Wohn- und Esszimmer, 2 Badezimmer (1x mit Badewanne), einer Küche, Kaffeemaschine und ein Büro. Nebst den 2 Balkonen findet ihr zudem einen schönen Garten mit einer ganzjährig zur Verfügung stehenden Sauna, Liegeplätzen und einem Grill.

After a long house renovation, we have been renting again since April 2021. Sunny Studio apartment with terrasse, splendid view on the river Aare in an old newly renovated chalet in the museum area of Bern. Situated as close to the river and nature as to the center of Bern, reachable within 5 minutes walking distance over the lovely Kirchenfeld bridge. Museums, shops and beautiful restaurants are reachable at even shorter walking distance. The apartment is completely private, for your own use.

Everything is renovated with a fantastic view of the Alps, Bern and the Gürbetal. 7.5 Km from the city center of Bern and 6.5 km from Belp airport. We offer - two bedrooms - living room with kitchen and bathroom (fully equipped) - laundry (washer+dryer+iron) - garden - pool (not heated) - outdoor dining table - parking for 2x vehicles - towels, bedding - Nespresso, tea - 1 crib & 2 chairs for infants We don't include breakfast.
