This quirky little studio is surrounded by 3 acres. It is a small space offering private entry, undercover parking and outdoor cooking area. There are dogs, ponies, goat, sheep, chickens, rooster, ducks and often koalas on the property. Under 10 mins walk to the pub and all that the vibrant village of Meeniyan has to offer and 5 mins walk to the rail trail. Approximately 30 mins to beaches 40 mins to Wilson’s promontory MAXIMUM OF 2 GUESTS STRICTLY NO INFANTS OR CHILDREN 0 to12 FOR SAFETY REAS

Fully self-contained with basic kitchen and outdoor BBQ area. Pet friendly by arrangement (please note there is no fenced area around the cottage).
