La casa, circondata interamente da un riposante e curato giardino privato con alberi e piante orticole e decorative, dà la possibilità di respirare l'aria rurale e caratteristica di un quartiere antico lontano dal trambusto cittadino ma a soli 15 min a piedi dal centro, dall'area portuale e dalle stazioni.

We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation an are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.
