You can enjoy in the walk along the river or even play tennis on the courts in front. The apartment is in the new building with an elevator. There is also fiber internet installed, and the connection is really good :)

There is an outdoor patio if the weather is good. Property manager is available if you need anything during your stay.

Main Banjaluka square ("Trg Krajine") is 1 minute walking distance, as well as famous "Gospodska" street. The apartment is in the city centre, close to everything. You can also enjoy gorgeous view of the city from our 10th floor balcony. There are two elevators in the building.
