Вила "Андреа" е луксозна къща за гости, разположена в село Рогачево. Мястото съчетава планински въздух и морски гледки, с панорама към курортите Албена и Кранево, на 5 минути път с кола. Вилата има отопляем басейн с джакузи, голяма слънчева тераса с шезлонги, дървена шатра, градина, грил на дървени въглища и маса за вечеря на открито. Вилата включва банкетна с 30 места, кухня, хол с билярдна маса, камина и смарт телевизор. Легловият капицитет е до 15 души, разпределени в 5 спални и 4ри бани.

In den Sommermonaten steht ein Pool zur Verfügung und das gesamte Jahr ist ausreichend Platz zum Spielen und Toben oder einfach nur zum Ausruhen, Entspannen und Abschalten. Die Unterkunft ist 2023 saniert und renoviert worden, Ausstattung neu und sauber. Zusätzlicher Lagerraum für Langzeitgäste verfügbar.
