Enjoy the peace and quiet of this beautiful small stone house with fire place at the edge of the forest in the small village of Oxia, just 10 minutes walk from small Prespa lake. The house dates back to 1920 and has been fully renovated in 2014 with custom made design executed by local materials and artisans. The surroundings are quite rural with sheeps and horses at close distance. The lakes, a pristine bird sanctuary is one of the most beautiful and preserved landscapes in Europe.

Χαίρετε είμαι ιδιώτης και λεγομαιΝικος, ,ζω στην πανέμορφη Καστοριά ,υποχρέωση μου είναι να παρεχω υψηλη ποιοτητα σε λογικες τιμες,διαθετω ενα καινουργιο studio με υπεροχη θεα στην λιμνη και την ομορφη καστορια. υπαρχει ελευθερο parking ακριβώς δίπλα στο διαμέρισμα και ενα απο τα καλυτερα εστιατορια της πολης.τελος δεν θα παραλειψω να προτεινω παραλιμνια βολτα περπατωντας η με ποδηλατα τα οποια παρεχουμε δωρεαν κατόπιν συνεννόησης ευχαριστώ και καλή διαμονή.
