Come enjoy our beautiful holiday home “A Sight To Sea” finished in 2023. We built, planned and furnished it with a lot of love to make it a cozy second home and we hope you will love it as much as we do. Give yourself the rest you deserve, relaxing on one of the terraces or in the pool with a memorable view. Over 800m2 are yours. With a big living area, an open kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, pool area, garden and car park, the house has space for up to 10 people. Each room is air conditioned.

Apartment in building features 2bedrooms, 2bathrooms, living room with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, dining area, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with sea side views. On top of above, apartment include: wi-fi, each room air conditioned (3 set), parking lot for 2cars (one within enclosed garage; other one at building open area; both reserved for the apartment). Space is pet friendly (max 2 pets) and addittional charge apply for subjected topic, pet beach available in vicinity.

The house is spacious and allows privacy for individuals but also many areas to relax together inside or outside.

There is a free parking in front of the house. Beach is two minutes driving from the house. Split is 10 minutes driving from the house. There are a lot of restaurants, sports content and all other activities that you can imagine! Nature around the house is amazing and one of a kind.

Step aboard our meticulously designed yacht „Lex of the seas" located in the ACI marina Split. Gain access to the entire yacht equipped with 3 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fully furnished kitchen with a dining area, fly bridge, sunbathing area, towels and bed linen provided. The living room features TV, free Wi-Fi and A/C in all rooms. The accommodation is non-smoking, ensuring a fresh and pleasant environment. Marina rules apply.

This apartment is our small family project. We are Ivek and Tina, a couple who recently bought our first home in my hometown, Stobreč, near Split.
