Rentoudu luonnonrauhassa kirkasvetisen Kuontijärven rannalla lähellä Rukan palveluita. Mökki (40 neliöitä/kaksio + parvi) on hyvin varusteltu. Tunnelmaa luo avotakka tuvassa. Useita mahtavia aktiviteetteja suoraan ulko-ovelta: talvisin vierestä menee Kuontivaaran hiihtolenkki sekä kesäisin maastopyöräilyreitti (Kouvervaaran lenkki). Lähin ruokakauppa autolla noin 10 minuuttia (Ruka). Mökki on osa taloyhtiötä, samalla pihapiirillä yksi paritalomökki ja yksi kolmesta huoneistosta koostuva mökki.

Renovated semi-detached house (2br, 67sqm) in a quiet location, 5 km from Ruka. 500 m to the cross-country skiing track, 100 m to the snowmobile trail, and 4 km to the grocery store. The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Our cabin has no running water and the toilet is outside.

Moderni ja viihtyisä hirsihuvila Villa Joutsensalmi sijaitsee Salmilammella vain muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä Rukan keskustan monipuolisista palveluista. Hyvin varusteltu Villa Joutsensalmi luo hienot puitteet aktiiviselle lomanvietolle kaikkina vuodenaikoina ainutlaatuisessa Kuusamon luonnossa. Kesäisin ja syksyisin retkeily- ja maastopyöräreiteille pääsee lähimaastosta. Talvella ja keväällä Rukan ympäristön hoidetuille hiihtoladuille sekä moottorikelkkareiteille pääsee mökin pihasta.

Viihtyisä kelohirsi paritalo lähellä Rukan keskusta. Keittiössä kaikki tarvittavat laitteet (tiskikone, induktioliesi, uuni , mikro) sekä kattavat astiastot. Mökin alakerrassa olohuone-keittiö avotilana sekä yksi makuuhuone jossa parivuode. Parvi-yläkerta jonka päädyissä erilliset makuutilat. Toisessa levitettävä vuodesohva ja toisessa kaksi erillistä sänkyä. Wifi-yhteys, ilmalämpöpumppu, 11kw-laturi type2 liittimellä (sähkö veloitetaan erikseen). Hiihtoladulle lyhyt matka mökin pihasta!

Kattava varustelu ja täysin varusteltu keittiö, jossa mm. astianpesukone, hella, mikroaaltouuni, kahvinkeitin ym. Mökissä lisäksi mm. wifi, tv, sauna, sisä-wc ja pyykinpesukone. Omat liinavaatteet tai vuokraus 25 €/hlö. Lemmikeistä sovittava erikseen. Upea paikka retkeillä, hiihtää, uida, kalastaa, marjastaa tai veneillä - vuodenajasta riippuen. Mysig stuga med stilfull inredning vid en lugn sjö (30m) mitt i skogen, bara några minuter från Ruka och Family Park! Bastu och terass, sovalkov i övre och nedre våningen med dubbelsängar, samt ett loft med en parsäng och en 120cm säng. Vandrings-, cykelleder och längdskidspår, 50m. Stugan är idealisk speciellt för par, små familjer eller distansarbetare. Vi har även några andra stugor på Ruka som är ski in ski out. Lähistöllä upeat luontokohteet: Karhunkierrokset, Riisitunturi, Ruka, Kiutaköngäs yms. Voit tehdä päiväretkiä läheisiin kohteisiin.Rantasauna on käytettävissäsi ja neuvomme sen lämmittämisessä. Apart from downhill skiing and cross country skiing (the FIS Nordic Combined season kicks off in Ruka) there are numerous hiking trails, including the famous Karhunkierros (Bear's Round), snowmobile routes, biking routes, fishing, bird watching, bear watching and also ample time to enjoy a sauna and peaceful silence.
