The apartment is great for families or a group of friends. The floor plan is such that the smaller bedroom and the separate toilet are separated from the rest of the apartment by a door, so privacy is available. A nice atmosphere is created by an open fireplace, sauna, a terrace, and a forest landscape as a bonus.

Rokovan Helmi - Ruka-Kuusamo的自然宁静

Surrounded by clean and quiet nature, Rokovan Helmi is a perfect hideaway for a group of 2 to 4. The cabin is built in 2019 and is designed by a local company Kuusamo Log Houses. It's a perfect fit for people who love their own peace in a modern environment, yet want all the services to be close at the same time. The cabin is a 6 minute car ride from the nearest East Ruka ski lifts and a 12 minute car ride from Ruka village services. Ski, snowmobil and outdoor trails can be found right nearby.

A well-equipped log cabin in Jokijärvi, Taivalkoski, Finland´s Northeast. The cabin features a combined living room and kitchen + 1 bedroom. During the summer an attic room with a double bed is also in use. Use of a rowing boat, an Indian canoe and 2 stand-up paddleboards & use of the grillhut & firewood are included in the rent. You can also rent 1 single kayak separately, rental price 20€/day. Sandy-bottomed shallow beach facing south, providing a great swimming spot. Pets are also welcome!

Keskeiset hiihto-, maastopyöräily- ja moottorikelkkareitit lähtevät 200m kävelymatkan päästä mökiltä. Vuokrahintaan ei sisälly loppusiivousta. Tilavassa tupakeittiössä on lisäksi vuodesohva. Mökissä on wc, sekä saunaosasto vilvoitteluterassilla. Käytössä Elisa-viihde ja Wi-Fi. Kauppaan n. 4 km, rinteille n. 5 km ja ladulle, kelkkareiteille sekä vaelluspoluille pääsee pihasta. 2 kpl jatkuvasti voimassa olevaa hissilippua sisältyy hintaan.
