The house is located in a quiet, familiy friendly neighborhood. 7 minute walk to the bus stop where you can take the bus to Tromsø Airport, the City Centre, Jekta Shopping Mall and Eide Handel. There is also a nice grocery store in walking distance.

Det er to etasjer med inngangsparti, to soverom og et bad i første etasje. I andre etasje er det åpen løsning med stue, kjøkken og spisestue samt ett soverom og bad. Det er gode bussforbindelser til sentrum. Parkering kan tilbys etter avtale.

Huset ligger sentralt plassert med nærhet til det aller meste man trenger, som lysløype, Jekta kjøpesenter og flotte uteområder som Charlottenlund og Prestvannet. Tromsø sentrum er bare en kort busstur unna og busstoppet er så og si rett utenfor huset.
