The house is located on the bank of the Mtkvari River. The terrace of the apartment offers a breathtaking view of the river and the city. Such a beautiful view is almost nowhere, you can see most of the sights of Tbilisi. The apartment is equipped with all amenities.

Freedom Square is 1.1 km from the apartment.
