I would like to welcome you this lux mini-studio, freshly renovated in 2021 in the center of Kiev. The big bed and mattress (160x200) is custom-designed by a supplier of major hoteliers. The windows in the apartment have triple glazing so despite being in the city center, the apartment is very quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. The washing machine is at your service, plus supply of detergent. Modern clean shower is supplied with liquid shampoo/gel. Easy and simple self check-in after 14:00.

Cozy, small, beautiful two-level loft studio on the 4th floor of a historic building from 1917. The building with an elevator is located in the center of Kyiv near the Opera House. A 5-minute walk from the metro station "Universitet". The apartments are part of a small apart-hotel of 3 rooms. Inside is a king size bed, and on the mezzanine there are quality mattresses for 3 beds. The studio has its own small kitchen, its own bathroom with everything you need, TV, internet, etc. Welcome!
