五条坂近くのリノベーション京町家です。 築百年の京町家を、古き良き時代の風情を愉しむゲストハウスにしました。 消臭・調湿効果のある珪藻土、檜や杉などの無垢材を使用し、仕上げにまでこだわった贅沢自然素材リノベーションです。杉の無垢材を天井全面に敷き詰め、柱や框や巾木など細部にも檜の無垢材を用いるなど、本物の自然素材の心地よさが感じられ、檜の香りが満ちあふれる空間になっています。 京阪電車清水五条駅4番出口徒歩約6分、京都を代表する観光地清水寺近くの「東山の六原・清水エリア」にあります。清水寺をはじめ、建仁寺・安井金比羅宮・六波羅蜜寺・宮川町・祇園などの観光地は徒歩圏です。

当我门还未揭开丽阁八坂隐藏的潜力时，此地是栋即将倒塌，左侧和右侧的地板至少高度相差30公分以上的老旧町家。在丽阁20107正式修复前，此町家经历了数次大规的模翻新。由于日本80年代后迅速发展的环境下，前业主把次建筑改造成方形建筑延伸到街道，试图扩大式内空间。虽然恢复此町屋特别的困难，但我们的工匠的细心和决心让这栋町家恢复昔日的辉煌。 我们还有另外一间传统的町家｜丽阁清水五条 ｜也是非常值得您的关注。
