Grange de 60m2 datant de la fin du 18e siècle, restaurée sur 3 niveaux dans la commune de Roure, commune du Parc National du Mercantour. Située à 1h15 de Nice seulement et idéalement placée entre la Tinée et le Cians. Vue imprenable plein sud sur la vallée avec grande terrasse en bois. Nombreuses activités: Ski, rando, escalade, Via Ferrata... Pensez à faire les courses, la 1ère épicerie est à 15 min à Saint Sauveur/Tinée.

Autrefois appelé Arbec, notre petite cabane de berger en pierres servait de cuisine et de salle à manger. C'est là que l'on transformait le lait en fromage et en broussa, c'est là que la famille se réunissait pour la veillée du soir avec les voisins ,et que se nouait la vie sociale.Les outils,semences, récoltes ,étaient aussi remisés dans l'arbec. Les pierres de ce petit édifice sont chargées d'histoire et l'épaisseur de ses murs offre un sentiment de protection, de paix, propice au repos.
