Secluded yet close to village (400m), lift (700m), XC ski trails (100m). Private parking. Vue imprenable sur le domaine skiable, calme absolu et ambiance authentique sont au rendez-vous. Tout l'équipement essentiel est à votre disposition pour un agréable séjour : draps, linge de maison, appareil à raclettes, machine à café, casier à skis... Parking couvert privatif, arrêt du skibus à 150m du logement. Je vous donnerai tous les bons plans de la station !

An entire garden-level floor of the chalet, offering breathtaking views of the Aravis mountain range. Located between Manigod village and the ski resort, just a 5-min drive from both. Set in a very quiet alpine environment, the chalet has no nearby neighbors. Independent entrance, private terrace, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, a sofa bed in the living area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The chalet is officially rated 4★. An ideal place to unwind and enjoy the mountains in every season.

Ce magnifique chalet est situé dans une impasse très tranquille, avec du stationnement gratuit. C'est l'endroit idéal pour se détendre toute l'année, avec sa vue imprenable et son salon cosy avec cheminée. Il a été rénové, en juillet 2016, à un niveau élevé, avec le confort de nos clients comme priorité. Accès facile aux fantastiques stations de ski de La Clusaz et du Grand Bornand et à 30 minutes en voiture du spectaculaire lac d'Annecy. J'ai hâte de partager mon beau chalet avec vous.

THE MAZOT - This beautiful wooden chalet can accommodate 4 people + Baby. Comprising two independent bedrooms, one on a mezzanine under a sloping roof with reduced height and a master suite on the garden level accessible only from the outside...no access from the inside. Covering an area of 65 m2 it has balcony terrace with sauna, WIFI , electric heating . Garden with long chairs and barbecue. Outdoor Spa open all year. It is available in all seasons to enjoy the pleasures of the mountains .

La Giettaz est un village typiquement savoyard qui a gardé son authenticité avec ses fermes en activités et ses beaux chalets. A 3,5 km accès au domaine skiable de Megève « les portes du Mont-Blanc »

Its Wellness area, with Sauna, Jacuzzi, gym and Home Cinema, will make the happiness of athletes and less sporty people.
