Esta zona es conocida por sus preciosas calles arboladas, grandes restaurantes, cafeterías, tiendas de todo tipo y galerías. La colonia es céntrica ya que es fácil llegar a varias zonas interesantes como La Roma, Polanco y Escandón. Asimismo esta zona es conocido por su ambiente familiar y bohemio que se viven todos los días en las calles. El departamento esta ubicado en un segundo piso arriba del Café Toscano donde podrás disfrutar de un gran desayuno incluido. En la azotea podrás disfrutar de una vista sensacional hacía las copas de los arboles. El departamento cuenta con cocina equipada, sala, comedor y baño. Vintage house in a safe area to walk in the CDMX, I live with my wife Andrea and 2 small children! We have a cat and dog. Independent entrance entering through the living room on a somewhat narrow staircase that reaches the outside patio and connects with a spiral staircase to the room. We have a luggage room on the ground floor, the room has TV, Wi-Fi, kitchenette, outdoor dining room and bathroom. Ideal terrace to relax and read in the hammock. Great location in Condesa full of walking places!
