Kitchen Our kitchen is fully stocked with a microwave, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, blender, toaster, coffee maker, brand new pots and pans, kitchen utensils and settings for 6 people. Dining We have a beautiful dining area that is off the living room and has spectacular view of the ocean. Living Room There is a queen size sofa bed in the living room. The bedding can be found in the linen closet. Internet There is wireless internet throughout the house. You will find the wifi code in the guest book. Phone We have a landline for your use for local calls. A/C There is an air conditioning unit in the living room for you to use as you please. Towels We have bath towels and beach towels for you to use during your stay. Washer Dryer There is a coin operated laundry facility in the building. Garage We have a one car garage that has an additional parking space behind it for your use. TVS Both the living room and the master bedroom have tvs. The living room has a brand new 50 inch flat screen tv. Both tvs have dvd players and cable. Stereo There are two bluetooth speakers in the condo that are located in the master bedroom and the living room and can be moved throughout the house. We ask that you please not take them to the beach. Books There are some books in the living room for you to enjoy while on vacation. I will meet you when you arrive, give you a tour and make sure you get settled and that all of your questions get answered. We live right up the street and are happy to help in anyway needed. I am a La Jolla local and love giving away my favorite restaurant, beaches, shopping and activities tips. There is also a guest book with more information in the condo. Our condo is located at Windansea beach, a 15-minute walk from attractions in La Jolla Village, including the Museum of Contemporary Art San Diego and the Cove. Walk up the street for delicious breakfast, coffee, and salad at the Windansea Cafe. The condo is conveniently located walking distance from several beaches, restaurants and the Village. However, having a car is recommended as there are so many great things to do in San Diego. San Diego is a great destination for a family vacation! There are so many fun things to do like visit the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Legoland, all a short driving distance away. You can also walk to the tides pools and visit the seals at the Cove, La Jolla Shores is a great swimming beach, you can cruise the boardwalk in Pacific Beach and visit the rollercoaster. Lots of great family entertainment! There is no other place like this one! The views are stunning, the location is extraordinary! And we done everything we can to ensure you have a beautiful, impeccable, comfortable and luxurious place to stay while in La Jolla! You can also combine this unit with the unit next door to accommodate parties up to 12 people. We have a 4 night minimum. Holiday rates vary. Monthly rates available from September to May. San Diego has an 11.05% occupancy tax to be paid by guest. Since airbnb does not collect this tax, this will be charged via Special Offer upon acceptance of reservation.

You will have your own private entrance with key-less entry. To access The Cottage, walk down the drive way, up the stairs to your suite. The Cottage was custom built with luxury in mind. This one-of-a-kind space provides the ultimate beach getaway! Custom doors and lighting, private balcony off your bedroom, black-out curtains, amazing shower with heated tile flooring, new super-comfortable Eastern King bed with luxury memory foam topper, remote controlled A/C and heating unit, bar sink and mini fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, tea kettle, Direct TV, closet, beach chairs and towels, and more. Unrestricted street parking. Local surf board and bike rental around the corner and if traveling with your four-legged friend, check out online sites for in-home doggie care within blocks. Walk to Bird Rock Coffee Roasters in the morning, Wayfarer Bakery and around the corner for amazing sunsets at the ocean. We are available to help with any questions or concerns during your stay. We look forward to having you! The cottage is a 4-minute walk from the ocean that has a lovely park and benches to enjoy the view, the sunrise and sunset, and clean ocean air. Just steps away from some of the best coffee shops, bakery and cuisine in the Bird Rock, LaJolla neighborhood. Enjoy great bars, shops and casual dining. It’s within a very short ride to Wind n'Sea Beach as well as the sand and surf of Pacific Beach and Mission Bay. LaJolla Cove is an 8-minute car ride. Walking is the BEST way to see La Jolla! Explore the neighborhood and its architecture, see the sea lions in the Cove, shop downtown La Jolla or just hang by the beach! If you want to explore more, Uber is the best way to get around! Pacific beach is 5-min away, Mission beach is 8-min away and downtown San Diego is only 15-min away! Access to The Cottage is down the driveway, and up the stairs.
