A pagoda style private studio that is breezy with an ocean view. It is walking distance to the village of La Jolla and the world renowned Cove Beach. The house was built in the early 1920’s by a woman who did missionary work in Asia and was fascinated by the architecture. It is nestled at the foot of Country Club Drive in a quiet residential neighborhood and is very close to an excellent selection of bars and restaurants that are about a 10-20 minute walk away. Your private guest quarters comes with a dedicated carport for parking, your own private entrance, crisp white bathroom, large bright bedroom and living area with flat screen TV and a kitchenette all to yourselves. The location can't be beat. You will be just minutes from all that UCSD, La Jolla & the San Diego area has to offer. Calendar and photos are always up to date and yes we are pet friendly with a fully fenced back yard.

Villas Del Sol is a newly remodeled home 400 steps from the beach, which has two bed rooms and one bath, a full kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator, stacked washer and dryer. Master bed room is furnished with a comfortable king size bed. The other bed room has two twin size bed. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms. A roll-away bed is available by request. Portable AC in the living room . There is $250 pet fee. One assigned parking .
