East Watch is a 740 sq ft, 1 bedroom private retreat that provides the comforts and amenities of home with the style of a high-end hotel. All 5 to 15 min from shopping, downtown, and the beach. It's a short walk from Mt. Helix Park which offers a 360* view, weekday yoga, and stunning sunrises and sunsets. We have EV high speed car charging, a full kitchen with all appliances, workspace with dedicated fast WIFI, a spa shower, and super comfortable beds and pillows. Stay and let us charm you!

Set on top of a hill with a wonderful breeze. It is a private, cozy quaint place. Five minutes from the trolley making it easy to go downtown. Close to the 8, 52, 94 & 125 freeways. Downtown San Diego is 20 mins away. If you like to hike we are only 5 minutes from Cowles mountain and other trails. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Beaches are 20 minutes away. We allow house trained pets. Please notify us of pets when booking. Plenty of street parking.

Quiet Poolside Studio Suite! Perfect for visiting family in La Mesa or enjoying everything San Diego has to offer! Please note: this is not a party house. Private side entrance to a relaxing poolside studio. Very quiet with TV, and full kitchen. Comfortable queen size bed and sofa that can sleep one more person comfortably. We are 20 min to the beach, or relax and enjoy the pool! Close to SDSU and easy freeway access to anywhere in San Diego.

Newly built one-bedroom private guesthouse w/view of Cowles Mountain and separate street entrance. Living room has queen futon. A 50" smart TV with YouTube TV. Free high-speed Wi-Fi. Kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig coffee machine. Bedroom has queen bed and 40" smart TV. Bathroom has large shower and electronic bidet. Washer/dryer. Allow small pets up to 35 lbs. for $20 fee.

Escape to tranquility: the perfect retreat

Lovely studio with peaceful outdoor space! You will enjoy easy access to everything. This studio is near the 94 freeway close and close to downtown La Mesa as well and many amenities in San Diego. Please note that there are stairs to get to it. It is a separate studio located at the lower level of our house. Also, we just added a portable air conditioner for the summer months :).
