Ensuite bath/shower combinations in both. A fully equipped kitchen, including barware, allows for quiet dinners at home. PJ's Gourmet Market and Animas Wine & Spirits are a short 5 min. drive, as is Dalton Golf Club. We are perfectly situated 10 miles from Durango and 15 miles from Purgatory Ski Resort. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

This adorable studio is located on 5 acres of the Animas River. Private river access is available for paddleboarding, fishing, and kayaking. With the spaciousness of being in the country, you are still less than 5 minutes from downtown. The Animas City Trail is accessible from the property through a locked gate behind the apartment. A cute cabin with an ideal location. It is easy to find, and it is just off the county road with plenty of parking space. Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.
