We have been told it is of the most beautiful locations in Colorado! 15 minutes to downtown Durango, 20 minutes to Purgatory Ski Resort, and 5 minutes to the Hot Springs & a shopping plaza, and 40 minutes to the airport. There is a cafe/gas station/liquor store across the road. We also have another airbnb here with a spa deck!

This newly remodeled one-bedroom apartment is located on 5 acres of riverfront property. Private river access to the Animas River is 50 yards away. Also, enjoy the spaciousness of being in the country but less than 5 minutes from the grocery store and the best pizza in town. Three cruiser bikes with helmets and a lock are available for free. Access to the beautiful Animas City River Trail is available thru a private gate behind the apartment. It's a fun 10-15-minute ride to downtown.

A cute cabin with an ideal location. It is easy to find, and it is just off the county road with plenty of parking space. Vallecito Lake is directly across the street as well as the boat marina where you can rent a pontoon, kayak, paddle board, and more. The front porch offers beautiful views of the mountain and lake, and you can also enjoy the lakeside view from the dining table. Durango is about 25 minutes from Durango during the summer and about 35 to 40 min during the winter.
