There’s room for everyone in our four-bedroom suite, which features a well-appointed kitchen and living area, a king-sized bed in each room, three full ensuite bathrooms, and a patio or balcony with a hammock chair with pool or lawn views. The well-appointed room includes authentic Mexican hand-woven furnishings, streaming TV, free WiFi, a coffee maker, an in-room minibar, a stocked pantry for purchase, handmade millwork and decor, and curated bath amenities, like handmade robes from Oaxaca.

I represent a timeshare at Marriott's Desert Springs Villas. I will give your name to the hotel and you check in like a normal guest and studio rooms will be assigned on check in. All amenities are available like a normal guest. PLEASE note there is no cancellation since I use my week once you book. PLEASE read the details below to answer the common questions my guests have. Marriott’s Desert Springs Villas II is a premium vacation resort/timeshare with many nearby attractions. The property boasts 7 outdoor pools, basketball courts, & bike rentals. Guest room incl: king bed, sofa bed, bathroom, kitchenette (mini-frig, microwave, coffee maker) & balcony. Max occupancy 4. Nonsmoking. Must be 21 years old or older, and with valid credit card and ID. NO bookings or changes within 20 days of arrival date!

Sakura House (Room 1)

Private room, entry & bathroom. Queen size bed. FOOD IS NOT AVAILABLE at this time. We have growing traffic on our main road; winter & spring, especially Feb-April events, bring staggering amounts of visitors to PS, as well as rains, flooding, & road closures, routing large vehicles down our street. Our guests love it here but we had our first complaint so noting it for light sleepers & those seeking ample quietude.
