Y un entorno con un conjunto monumental formado por una iglesia románica con cripta, un cementerio modernista y poblado íber a 5min. Espectacular! A 5 min un restaurante rural y a 10 min el pueblo/ciudad con todos los supermercados y restaurantes!

Situada en pleno bosque, con grandes árboles, zona de barbacoa, hamacas, casita infantil de madera, terraza cubierta y grandes zonas de juego con césped. Ideal para estancias familiares y amantes de la naturaleza.

Can Comella està integrada en el teixit urbà del poble de Gavarra, un poble que a mitjans del S XX es va vincular al municipi de Coll de Nargó. Fins a principis del segle passat la casa estava habitada. Tot i les seves reduïdes dimensions, els elements constructius que conformen l'estructura d'aquest edifici són els originals, circumstància que converteix Can Comella en un exemple valuòs de l'arquitectura tradicional de la zona.

Les 5 premiers km sont carrossables, et les 2 derniers km sont non carrossables. Il vous faudra donc marcher les 2 derniers km, soit environ 40 mn. Vous pourrez garer votre voiture en toute sécurité dans une clairière.
