It is walking distance from the famous Pointe-du-Chêne wharf and only roughly 50 feet from the Parlee Beach trail, no need to drive around all day! This house is perfect for mature people, families, friends and for special occasions. This is also on a private, dead-end road for added privacy.

Nestled in a private park of cottages near the beach, amenities and highways. A short walk will take you to the beach. Walk the 5 km long shoreline, go for a swim in the warm saltwater. At Aboiteau beach, you can enjoy a delicious seafood dinner overlooking the ocean or have a crafted beer at the locally renown brewery Cavok (opened Summer season)

Nomad Shores is a cottage on well over an acre of ocean front land. Confederation Bridge can be seen under most weather conditions. The cottage is located west of Summerside and is central to all major attractions. There is a deck on three sides of the cottage and a balcony off the master bedroom to maximize your outdoor relaxing opportunities. New for 2018. A Sun Room has been built. A half bathroom has been added upstairs. Sorry. No pets allowed at this location.

Looking for a spot just a short stroll to a private rustic ungroomed beach but not on the water. So we don’t have a water view. The view at the beach is spectacular with panoramic view of the Confederation Bridge. We have a new red roof so we are easier to find. It is perfect for a family or a romantic getaway. Air conditioning and deep soaker tub in master suite. We also have lots of space, a large lot, fire pit and outdoor games for all ages.
