This stylish place , Located 4 blocks for the beach. Modern Penthouse with Views of Down Town Los Angeles , snow capped mountains. Top quality appliances, Indoor out door spaces, Walking distant to Abbott Kinney ,restaurants , 3rd Street Promenade and the Metro. (Front door bell camera and "Cameras are on the outside of the property only for safety.1 is in front of the building 2 in the walk way to the unit 3 in the garage 4 in the garage). Host has studio apt below with separate entrance

5 min to LAX, Private Entrance, Studio Apartment

Self Checkin (door code). 5 min to LAX. 4 min to Westchester restaurants and shops. Upstairs studio apartment (in-laws suite) with a private entrance (not shared with anyone) and parking in driveway. King bed. TV has NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. Apartment has towels, shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrushes, hairdryer, iron. We live downstairs and can provide anything else that you may need. The apartment does not have a kitchen but does have a small area with a microwave and a coffee machine (see pic).

This cozy studio is perfect for someone on an adventure or visiting for business. Culver City is centrally located near all that L.A. has to offer. The studio has air conditioning and heat, a private bathroom, queen size murphy bed and drawers. And, to make your stay more comfortable, enjoy the Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. There is free street parking . There are stairs to enter the studio (no elevator). I have a dog who is playful and will be roaming free in the back yard.
