This 800+ square foot upstairs apartment comfortably accommodates four adults with two bedrooms (queen), one bath, separate living/dining, laundry room with washer/dryer, and fully equipped kitchen. Lounge on our comfy leather couch, prepare a gourmet meal to serve to guests, or relax with a book on your own private patio! This is the perfect spot for anyone looking for the comforts and conveniences of a home away from home. We are close to UT and downtown with easy access to MoPac. A short walk or bike ride takes you to the Johnson Creek Hike and Bike Trail, which leads to Ladybird Lake, Auditorium Shores, and Zilker Park (home of Barton Springs and the ACL Music Festival). A mile away, you'll find Deep Eddy Pool (spring fed and open year round), Lion's Municipal Golf Course (18 holes in the heart of Austin), and Lake Austin's waterfront dining. There is access to public transportation (bus) within walking distance (less than a mile). The walk is doable but not incredibly pedestrian friendly. Please note that Via Libre is an upstairs apartment without elevator access. Via Libre requires a 2 night minimum on weekends. We are happy to work with you to accommodate special requests. We can arrange to have your kitchen stocked in advance, prepare your room with flowers and wine, coordinate dry-cleaning, or help you develop an itinerary for your stay.
