A block from Coal Creek trail; 10 minutes from cute downtown Lafayette and Louisville; 20 minutes from CU and Boulder; 30 min to Denver. Some pets ok by request

We hope that this space can be a place of "Light" and restoration for each person who stays- a great escape. The home is a wonderful, quick walk to Old Town Louisville (just 3 blocks away). There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants, and boutiques to explore. The home is also a short 15 minute drive from Boulder and a scenic 25 mins. to Denver. Public bus stop is a 1/2 block away.

Renovated with great light, vaulted ceiling, new deck, and mature trees. A 10-minute walk by a beautiful lake with bird watching and views brings you to the dog-friendly Avery Restaurant Brewery. Smoking & parties are not allowed. Young families are nearby. Dogs are welcome, but strict rules apply. Please read them carefully before booking. A co-host lives in the self-contained, sound-insulated basement accessed by a separate entrance through the garage. This is my home 2/3 of the year.

Perfect for small family gatherings…can sleep up to 10 people (8 is most comfortable) with 4.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, two pullouts (and a comfy couch).

My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Plus I just added a brand new hot tub! You will love my home and it’s in a very safe neighborhood!
