Perfect for small family gatherings…can sleep up to 10 people (8 is most comfortable) with 4.5 bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, two pullouts (and a comfy couch).

The home is one block away from old town Louisville known for their restaurants, coffee shops, small business and retail shops. Its a short walk to the farmers market and a great location the Street Faire, the annual music festival Friday nights during the summer. RTD busses pick up right outside the house. It's 15 minutes to Boulder by car and 30 minutes to Denver.
