Beach House si trova sulle rive del lago Trasimeno. La posizione è incantevole, è una delle poche proprietà situata sulle rive del lago. La posizione consente di ammirare tramonti mozzafiato in tutte le stagioni dell'anno, dove le sfumature e la magia dei colori rimarranno per sempre un meraviglioso ricordo. La rivista scientifica “FOCUS” ha inserito il paese della Beach House, tra i dieci luoghi dove poter ammirare i tramonti più belli al mondo. È possibile ammirare la numerosa fauna del lago.

Set in a quiet location, amongst olive & fig trees it is perfect for a relaxing family holiday. The house is very spacious with plenty of room inside & out for children to play and adults to unwind. Castiglione and Lake Trasimeno are a 10 minute drive away, with shops, beach, restaurants and children's play areas as well as local ferry access to the lake islands.

The apartment has also a nice veranda with beautiful lake view. We have a nice swimming pool we like to share with our guests.
