Age requirement to rent 22 years old. Seaside Luxury- Sleeps 9 comfortably. 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, located on the west side of PCB, 3 min drive or a 10 min walk away from the white sand and beautiful emerald water. Small dogs welcomed must be under 40lbs and a non refundable fee of $100 per pet. Max of 3 pets per stay. Must have in crate/backyard when not at home. If a pet is staying and has not been added as a guest there will be a $200 nonrefundable fee or your stay can be terminated.

Old Florida style with modern amenities - Roku TVs, new floors and tile, great lounging spaces, driveway parking for 2+1 cars. PLEASE NOTE Primary renter must be 25 years old or more and onsite for the duration of the stay. Sorry, this house is not designed for college spring break festivities.
