The bus sleeps up to 2 adults and 2 kids, with 1 full bed and a small bunk bed suitable for kids (under 10). Stay cozy with a propane fireplace and enjoy shared amenities like a hot tub, swimming holes, and nature trails. Please note: porta-potty provided, no running water at bus. Perfect for families seeking a magical and unique retreat!

We offer this renovated camper which sleeps 2 adults and room on floor for cot. Or for children to sleep on floor. Very quiet location on a beautiful stream. Also with camper is fairly large lean too. We have reduced the price because our hot water heater has gone out. We have to do extensive work to do to upgrade which we will do before opening in the spring. We still have the cook stove to heat water up if needed and also heat for chilly nights. Thank you for your patience with this issue!

We cannot accommodate pets of any kind.

Firewood, 4 kayaks, row boat, paddle boat, and life vests are included. Great hiking is close by in the Green Mountain National Forest and there is lots to explore in neighboring Manchester and Dorset. Enjoy peaceful nights rest in a fully appointed camper with Wifi, television or just unplug and get away from it all!.

2018 RV Cruiser Fun Finder Extreme Lite Camper. Spacious camper, which has a separate bedroom with queen bed and double bunks at the opposite end. The 12' slide out allows extra space for the couch and dinette. The awning provides extra protection from the weather. Private location with pond. 5 minute drive from downtown Saranac Lake. Picnic table. Fire pit and chairs. The trees provide a natural “fence “ for privacy. Bookings available May through October only. (Weather permitting)

***Guests must walk 420ft from the parking spot through the woods to reach the RV. There is a cart / sled for you to use. *In WINTER* The main trail will not be plowed. You must snow shoe or sled through the woods. Private, year-round, 4 person Hot tub! 420 Friendly! There may be beer in the fridge. The RV is situated on a scenic, private waterfront property that provides easy access to launch our canoes and kayaks into the river. The guests gain access to the property through a quiet neighborhood, past a farm with an old barn, and down a private right of way.
