The beautiful park across the street has a boat launching dock that accommodates all water sports, two kid’s playgrounds, a walking path, exercise equipment, and a water feature. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located in Orange, Texas it is only 1/2 mile to I-10. We are on the border of Texas & LA and midway between lake Charles, LA and Beaumont, TX. We are in a very quiet, private neighborhood with one entry road. It is a safe place for a morning walk. Enjoy a very large circle driveway at the main house, and a beautiful walk way through the side gate to the Guest House in the back property. The Guest House is separate from the main house.
