Up to 4 off-street parking places. While this is a full house rental, Owner/Proprietor has an efficiency unit in front room of home that has a separate entrance. This room is separated from rest of home by walls and locked doors. Owner/Proprietor does not enter or use any of the common areas.

It's definitely autumnal down here on Lake Erie's north shore, but it's still a beautiful place to visit! We are within a half-hour's drive of several hiking trails through Carolinian forests- not to mention lots of wineries! The hot tub is perfect for relaxing on a crisp fall night, and you can enjoy a crackling fire under the stars.

Our home was built in 1907 and we have filled it with lots of fun, unique antiques! Our home is just blocks from downtown Erie. Close to lots of amenities and attractions. Some include Waldameer amusement park, Hamot and St Vincent hospitals, Bayfront convention center. 15 minutes from the Erie International Airport, 15 minutes from Presque Isle State park, 15 mintues from LECOM and only 8 mintues from the Erie Insurance Arena downtown. We also share our home with some furry friends.
