Welcome to Forest Retreat! We are nestled in the hills of Western New York, 23 miles to Chautauqua Lake and 14 miles to Lily Dale. This unique home is near several wedding venues and the Earl Cardot Overland Trail, which is surrounded by 2,300 acres of state forest. We are located between 2 local ski resorts, and only 87 miles south of Niagara Falls State park. Relax by the fire, kayak, or fish in the 2 acre pond and just enjoy the scenery. We do require a signed waiver to utilize the pond.

Lake is viewable from the Kitchen or Bedroom windows. Go to the refrigerator and help yourself to a cold drink. take a dip in the nice warm hot tub, take advantage of the nice warm robes provided for you. Our beds are second to none. Premium mattresses, goose down comforters, goose down pillows. We also have a laundry facility to be sure linens are spot free and sanitized.
