Cozy apartment & sauna in the center of Saariselkä

Welcome to my holiday home in the heart of Saariselkä – only a few minutes' walk away of Urho Kekkonen National Park trailheads. I renovated and furnished my home completely in 2023 with all modern amenities while preserving the traditional stone-built fireplace and Finnish sauna. With three beds upstairs and a large sofa bed downstairs, the accommodation is comfortable for various types of groups. The remote working space, fully equipped kitchen and laundry also make it ideal for a longer stay.

Modern Villa & Guesthouse with 5 m h Aurora window

Villa Silbamuorra is an unique modern house and guesthouse/outdoor sauna in the center of the Inari town on the edge of wilderness. From the five-meter high north-facing window you can watch the northern lights while lying on the sofa and enjoying warmth of the fireplace. Services are within walking distance (10-20 min). Inari is the perfect place to explore Sámi culture. There are many restaurants ranging from a pub to fine dining. Inari town is located 45 min from the Ivalo airport.

In case you do not want to explore the nature for some reason, there are two smart TV's (65" and 55"), PS5 and Nintendo Switch to play with. Bedroom’s TV is for streaming only. Distances; closest neighbour 0,4km, bus stop 5km, supermarket 15km, restaurant 15km, airport 25km. Note! Villa's fireplace is not in use.

Private log cabin by the lake of Inari

This private little cottage is located next to the lake of Inari, but also only just 15 minutes drive away from the center of Ivalo. Beautiful lake and fell scenery opens straight away from the front door and sauna. Cottage has modern equipments for cozy living, a fireplace and wood-heated sauna. During the evenings you can hear huskies howling few kilometers away and hopefully spot the auroras dancing above the lake. Entrance to bathroom through cold veranda.

All the bedrooms overlook the forest. Ski trails and starting points for nature trails / hiking trails are 200 meters away. Cleaning, linen and towels are included in the price.
