Full of charm, this wee old house provides two stylish bedrooms, an office space, a like-new bathroom, and an updated kitchen. We are less than a mile from the beautiful Swan Lake Gardens, and shopping and dining are just around the corner. We're also not far from Shaw Airforce Base and the 95. Weary travellers welcomed! Boat ramp, boatslip, and restaurant only .3 miles away. Boatslip & ramp included. Remodled to a farmhouse feel, this 3 bedroom, 1 bath has 2 king beds & two singles. Perfect family vacation retreat at Lake Marion, SC

Great family escape! Enjoy our beach, dock and boat ramp as well as our game room and fully stocked kitchen. This is the complete family reunion location! We purchased our lake home, built in 1980, in 2009 and began renovation. We updated the kitchen and baths, plus new carpet, tile, windows, appliances, and a complete update to the exterior with new landscaping. We also replaced the dock and the seawall. It has been a journey and we hope you love our house as much as we do!
