We love it every time we can get up north to our classic Adirondack home-away-from-home. From the spacious kitchen to the 3 comfy queen beds and the bunk room, to the wonderful fireplace, to the cozy separate sitting areas, to the living room with cathedral ceiling, to the huge front porch and the back yard fire pit... we love visiting our sweet place in Wilmington/Whiteface. This private guest space in the second floor of our garage has it's own entrance, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom in a very convenient location. We are 5 minutes from Saranac Lake, 10 Minutes from Lake Placid, and 25 minutes from Whiteface. Located on a peninsula of Oseetah Lake, we have waterfront access perfect for ice skating, snowshoeing and XC skiing in the winter right from our doorstep. The lake offers sweeping views of Ampersand and the surrounding mountains.

Our cottage is located in the desirable Hillcrest neighborhood and is a short 6 min walk to downtown. Stroll three blocks, one through the park and you will be in the heart of downtown by the movie theater where there are plenty of restaurants and things to do. Adirondack Mountain Yurt farmstay- Summertime!

Our 30' yurt is tucked into the pines overlooking our pasture with mountain views out across the valley. Located in the Jay, it's a perfect base camp for summer hikes, bikes or paddles in the Adirondacks. Sheep and chickens graze the pastures Grab some farm meats for the grill after a big day in the mountains and enjoy a meal in our new outdoor kitchen space after a hot rinse in the outdoor shower.
