The shouse has been fitted out with the necessities, a spacious living area, kitchen, bright bathroom, sleeping area is upstairs in a open mezzanine style room (with a low ceiling at some points) and slightly steeper and narrow steps up there also.

1921 Mararoa Homestead was the residence of the Mararoa Station about 30km from Te Anau. In 2010 we shifted it to the lovely garden of Te Anau Lodge. It is close to the city center, parks, great views, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love it because of the coziness, the views, the high ceilings, the people, and the location.
