A 10-minute stroll along the Burke Gilman Trail takes you to Gas Works Park where you can enjoy full views of the city skyline. And just outside your door you have access to Lake Union for kayaking, paddle boarding, and more! *Please be aware that King County is requiring proof of vaccination or negative Covid-19 tests for entry to many outdoor and indoor events and establishments. Nestled on the north shore of Lake Union, in Wallingford, you’ll find the atelier within easy walking distance of Fremont—a lively neighborhood, bustling with noteworthy restaurants and nightlife. Explore Seattle’s local breweries and distilleries, or check out the Sunday market in Ballard. Outdoor explorers will enjoy easy access to kayaking, paddle boarding, and boat rentals at Agua Verde Paddle Club.
