**SPRING SPECIAL DISCOUNT** Located on Lower Sysladobsis Lake. Known as Dobsis, one of many lakes in the Western headwaters of the St Croix River. The lake is approx 11 miles long and the property is located at the Northern end of the lake. A short portage at Dennison Dam puts you into Pocomcus Lake which leads into West Grand and on to Junior, Bottle, Scraggly, Horseshoe and Norway and many smaller lakes. **Please note that the lake access is a short walk away down the property approx 600 feet.

The Nest is our lakeside cottage in the ❤️ of Maine’s recreational playground. You are steps from a crystal clear spring fed lake; we are also situated on ATV and snowmobile trails. Enjoy the calls of the loons & waves lapping at the shore; take in the incredible sunsets over the lake & unwind in front of the fire. This very private property consists of the entire peninsula. There is a large dock that is great for fishing, boating and swimming on the opposite side of the peninsula.
