Our ranch-style home with a full basement and fenced backyard is perfect for families, couples, and outdoor lovers. With three boys of our own (17, 15, and 11), we know what makes a stay kid-friendly. We’re happy to leave out toys, and the backyard is packed with fun—trampoline included! Conveniently located just minutes from Red Rocks, premier mountain biking and hiking trails, the Rocky Mountains, and downtown Denver, this home provides the perfect balance of city access and outdoor adventure.
