Η Villa Callista είναι ένα όμορφο παλιό διώροφο πέτρινο αρχοντικό 131 τ.μ. χτισμένο πριν 200 χρόνια στην κορυφή ενός λόφου στο παραδοσιακό χωριό Fanariotatika. Ήταν η κατοικία του Άρχοντα της περιοχής. Είναι το πρώτο στην σειρά πλήρως ανεξάρτητο οίκημα σε ένα ανακαινισμένο συγκρότημα τριών κατοικιών της Villa Callista , του Rasalu house και του Neradu house και περιβάλλεται από έναν αιωνόβιο ελαιώνα. Ανακαινίστηκε πλήρως το 2020-2021 με στόχο να παραμείνει όπως ήταν πριν από 200 χρόνια.

Μπροστά υπάρχει μεγάλη βεράντα με απεριόριστη θέα στο απέραντο γαλάζιο. Πίσω υπάρχει μικρός ελαιώνας με άνετο χώρο στάθμευσης, μπάρπεκιου και μικρός λαχανόκηπος που όλα το προιόντα του προσφέρονται δωρεάν στους επισκέπτες. Ο χώρος είναι μοναδικός, ιδανικός για χαλάρωση και ήρεμες διακοπές.

It is a private spot away from the hustle of busy Lakka. Complete with a double bedroom, large lounge and kitchen dining room, Upper Panos Studio has all you need to experience true Paxos, whilst staying in the heart of it.

Dimitri's Seaview Studio - Lakka Paxos

The studio is located in the village of Lakka in the northern part of Paxos Island. Lakka is a small picturesque port 2 mins away. There are also two wonderful beaches about 5 mins on foot. In 2-3 mins on foot you can find taverns, cafes, tourist shops, super / mini market, ATM etc. Guests will need to climb about 25 steps to reach the apartment. For this reason it is not recommended for people with mobility issues.

The studio includes a wonderful setting of fully equipped kitchen and a living room all in one spacious environment. The windows face the garden and the amazing view of Lakka bay. You can use the shared pool and the shared sitting and dining areas with exceptional views.

Stonehouse is a independent house in a quaint and tranquil location, conveniently close to both the beach and the Village of Loggos up to 10 minutes. Free public parking outside the stonehouse.

For relaxing days at the villa, the terrace and swimming pool area enjoys open views to the sea and Levrechio beach, which conveniently is only a 5 minute walk away.

Πλήρως ανακαινισμένο στούντιο (ενιαίος χώρος) στο κέντρο του Γαΐου στους Παξούς, ευάερο και ευήλιο, με εσωτερική σκάλα για πρόσβαση στην ταράτσα-βεράντα. Η ανακαίνιση βασίστηκε στη διατήρηση του παραδοσιακού στυλ αναδεικνύοντας τα φυσικά υλικά: πέτρα, ξύλο, σίδερο.
